Vassi Makris Haros

A graduate of the University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Art, Architecture & Planning and Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology, Vassi has finally been able to combine her two loves: art and theology.  She started by taking pictures in the majestic Rocky Mountains for Christmas gifts in 2003.  After sharing them with her co-workers, she was encouraged to start-up V's Cardbox and is pleased to share her pictures with you through this website. 

Taking pictures to express the beauty she sees in the world, she also shares the beauty she sees in the Orthodox Christian Faith by offering a selection of Inspirational Quotes, using quotes of the Gospels, Orthodox services and the teachings of the Saints.   

Vassi currently lives in Florence, South Carolina with her family.
